The Role As Senior Accountant, you'll go beyond the numbers-providing critical insights, strategy, and financial control that directly support the success of tours, artists, and events across the region. Your responsibilities will include: Partnering with managers to deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting throughout the tour lifecycle Driving financial performance by tracking sales, merchandise, and revenue streams, while identifying opportunities to maximise profitability Managing end-to-end finance functions including invoicing, AP/AR, reconciliations, and final settlement reporting Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and contract terms, preparing for artist and stakeholder audits Providing strategic support through variance analysis, reconciliations, and creative solutions to unique touring challenges Building strong stakeholder relationships through transparent reporting and proactive communication Your Profile You're not just technically strong, you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and love the challenge of supporting complex projects with many moving parts. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you also know how to collaborate, influence, and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
